The client must provide Caleigh Bell with the Edited audio and/or video at least 7 days prior to the episode's air date. If an episode is submitted to Caleigh Bell after this date the client may skip the episode for that week with no change to future episode schedules or invoices or the client can pay a $100 rush fee up to 3 business days prior to the episode publication date. 

This allows us to ensure quality and timely service to all of our clients.

Unless otherwise agreed to, either party may terminate this Agreement with 14 days' notice by giving the other party written notice of termination. If this Agreement is terminated by the Client, the Client shall pay All Things Podcasting for all work performed and for all expenses incurred prior to the effective date of termination. Due to the extensive time involved and the nature of the professional services in this Agreement, refunds will not be given.

Postponement by either party requires written 15-day notice to the other party. The rescheduling of the remainder of the contract must be done upon postponement. If postponement frequently occurs (as determined by either party), this Agreement may be canceled per the terms above.

Upon completion of the season of your podcast a start date for the next season should be set to allow us to plan accordingly. We will Pause your invoices and set them to resume for our planned start date.
